We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

Wrong product delivered

Product received in damaged or defective condition

❌ No return / refund will be accepted for:

Change of mind

Size, color, or design preference issues

Normal wear & tear

Slight color variations due to lighting or screen resolution

Products damaged due to improper use or handling

⏰ Return Request Time

Customers must raise a return request within 24–48 hours of delivery.

An unboxing video is mandatory for verification (without pause or cut).

Once the issue is verified, we will provide:

Replacement of the same product, or

Refund (if replacement is not available)

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval and inspection.

🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping will be arranged by us only if the product is wrong or defective.

The product must be returned in original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
